Shipping and Delivery Policy
When an order place with us, Preggy sends an acknowledgment email to confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed, then it is packed and shipped to the delivery address as per the records. The customer is informed about the dispatch of the order through an email containing courier information and estimated delivery dates. Courier details have all the details of the package, so that customer can real-time track their orders. If the user does not receive an email with all the courier details about the customer's shipment, then they can enquire the status by sending an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 7806998574 (10.00 am to 6.00 pm) All days of the week) and let us know.
After receiving the email, our team member contacts you via email or telephone if:
• any other information is required to process your order
• if there is any delay or any other update or changes in your order (e.g. availability dates, product upgrades…)
• Any delivery issues
Once the order is shipped, the customer receives an email with all the shipment details informing them about the product, delivery date, delivery address, courier details, and a tracking number. Customers can visit the courier company’s website and track the status of their order with the help of the tracking number.
The user will receive an invoice on the registered email address from Preggy after successfully placing the order. This mail will have confirmation of the order and all the details related to your order. It takes around 3 to 7 days to deliver the order anywhere within the country
• Preggy ensures a smooth purchase process from placing the order to delivery of the order. Preggy is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• The user has to provide the correct delivery address to where the shipment is required at the time of purchase. All product(s) will be delivered directly to the user at the given delivery address at the time of ordering. The delivery cannot be changed after placing the order. If there is any change in the order or address, the customer will have to cancel it as the order cannot be amended at any stage and it can lead to delivery issues.
• The user can refuse to accept the order if the product is not in good condition. The order is eligible for return if the product is damaged or the packaging has tampered with at the time of delivery. The user can refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 7806998574 or at support @preggy.in, mentioning your order reference number. In this case, Preggy will arrange for the return of the product. Preggy will exchange the order only if the product is available.
• We have 14 days return/exchange policy. The user has to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the order is broken or not properly sealed, then do not accept the order and return it immediately.
All the returned items must be intact with all the original packaging, price tags, unused and undamaged, and returned in the original box and packaging. If the user wants to replace because of a size issue then it will be done only if the desired size is available. The items are eligible to be replaced if they are in their original condition.
Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
The user can return all items purchased at Preggy; hassle-free in a few simple steps:
1. Place your item in its original packaging
2. Please mention your Name, Order Number, Address and Mobile Number, on the top of the packet, and insert the original invoice along with the courier slip
3. Seal the package properly and keep it ready to be picked up by our courier partners.
ix. In case if we receive any item sent by you that does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
4. Product replacement: There are no refunds on products, only exchanges are possible. This usually takes 5-20 working days depending upon stock availability.
• We try to ship all items together in one order, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
• Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.
• Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
• For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed posts only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
